Alex Laws founded iCoreSports in December, 2006, a forward thinking company combining the latest in exercise conditioning with technology. Born in Australia, and now a U.S. Citizen, Alex is a life long athlete and passionate Kinesiologist and strength conditioning professional, with extensive understanding and applied knowledge of the human body and its correct function. After a successful triathlon career and studying Corrective and High Performance Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK) at the CHEK Institute, where she worked with many of the most highly respected kinesiologists and strength conditioning professionals in the world, Alex received her A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) certification and founded her own personal training business, Core Conditioning Concepts. By forming the foundation for an innovative fitness practice dedicated to individual analysis and tailored development of strength and conditioning programs, Alex evaluates each client, teaching them to properly use their body as a whole entity, to achieve maximum functionality and performance.
Applying her extensive knowledge of fitness along with her own personal athletic experiences, Alex strives to provide individuals of all levels with the appropriate fitness programs to improve their health, well-being, and longevity. By incorporating her expertise into a portable workout regimen, she aims to educate and affect as many people as possible with the finest workout techniques.
