Alex Laws founded iCoreSports in December, 2006, a forward thinking company combining the latest in exercise conditioning with technology. Recognizing the need for easy accessibility to working out anywhere, anytime, Alex has created user friendly, easily transportable fitness programs for mobile devices. Now, whether at home, in the gym, or on business travel, fitness enthusiasts can enjoy professional, high caliber on-the-go fitness programs. Alex’s iCoreSports allows you to bring the personal trainer with you, wherever you go.

Born in Australia, and now a U.S. Citizen, Alex is a life long athlete and passionate Kinesiologist and strength conditioning professional, with extensive understanding and applied knowledge of the human body and its correct function. After a successful triathlon career and studying Corrective and High Performance Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK) at the CHEK Institute, where she worked with many of the most highly respected kinesiologists and strength conditioning professionals in the world, Alex received her A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) certification and founded her own personal training business, Core Conditioning Concepts. By forming the foundation for an innovative fitness practice dedicated to individual analysis and tailored development of strength and conditioning programs, Alex evaluates each client, teaching them to properly use their body as a whole entity, to achieve maximum functionality and performance.

Applying her extensive knowledge of fitness along with her own personal athletic experiences, Alex strives to provide individuals of all levels with the appropriate fitness programs to improve their health, well-being, and longevity. By incorporating her expertise into a portable workout regimen, she aims to educate and affect as many people as possible with the finest workout techniques.

1984
Won Australia Day Medal for South Australia Primary Schools High Achievement in Swimming. Was ranked Top 10 Nationally 12& Under in 100 meters Butterfly.

1988
Won State Sports Award for Triathlon.

1990
Competed in the XIV COMMONWEALTH GAMES in Auckland, New Zealand. 7th Placing. Competed in World Triathlon Championships in Florida, USA 23rd Finalist in the South Australian Lindy Awards for excellence in Sports.

1991
Named Female Junior Triathlete of the Year.
2nd Junior Female, WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in Gold Coast, Australia.
Awarded South Australian Triathlete of the Year.
Award SPORTS AUSTRALIA AWARD for top team performance in all Sports Categories.

1992
Spent 6 months living in France racing the Professional Circuit. Won
the French Sprint Championships along with 5 wins, 2 2nds. 4th Junior Female WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in Muskoka, Canada.

1993
Move to San Diego,USA to race the Professional Circuit. 6 Top 5 placings

2000
Started Core Conditioning Concepts, working with numerous Pro Atheltes, helping them fine tune and educate their bodies for optimal performance

2004
Studied and gained Certification in Neuro Muscular Therapy. My hands have never been the same.
