Our strategy at iCoreSports is to bring you cutting edge Video Exercise Programs that will focus on detailed instruction and easy to follow along TIMED video workouts.

These video workouts will walk you through step by step how to do each exercise with precision. After learning the exercises for the specific programs you can then follow along to a TIMED Video workout with Alex reminding you of important technique points whilst counting your reps and tempo for you.

You will also have a Monthly Schedule that can help show you when to do your Exercise Programs, and how many sets, when to do your Cardio and for how long.

Each Video Workout Series will focus on target areas that will allow you to learn how to correctly engage your Core Musculature. By learning this you will find that your body will move effortlessly therefore reducing body aches and pains, enabling more proficiency in Sport Activities and improve Postural Alignment.
